About Me.
My name is Nikita Bhasin, and I am a highschooler in Dallas, TX. I developed a passion for coding and robotics in kindergarten when my parents starting offering classes as a part of Wize Academy. Since then, I have competed in various competitions such as: First Lego League (for 5 years) and my team made it to the worlds stage in 2020, Codeathons, and Vex V5. As I entered high-school, as well as actually participating I started mentoring teams for these competitions. In 2024 I mentored a First Lego League JR team and they won the Einstein's Award!
As I have gotten the opportunity to learn all these skills and even teach them, I noticed many kids aren't able to learn this whether it's because the classes are expensive or that nobody offers classes around them. I wanted to change that. The motive behind Wize Foundation is to give as many people as possible the opportunity to learn key 21st century skills that are changing our world.
